I was invited to take part in the writers room for Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones’ Death to 2020 which premiered on Netflix in December 2020. It was a mockumentary show about the shitshow that was the year 2020.
Nish Kumar’s Hello America (Quibi, 2020)
I wrote for Nish Kumar’s Hello America show that was broadcast on the Quibi app in 2020. The team wrote 10 minute episodes of a topical show from a UK voice on the US news.
Charlie Brooker’s Antiviral Wipe (BBC Two, 2020)
At the beginning of 2020 I was invited to take part in Charlie Brooker’s writers room for a special pandemic version of his Screen Wipe shows. This was called Antiviral Wipe and was a 45 minute special for BBC Two.
Cunk & Other Humans (BBC Two, 2019, World of Tomorrow Productions)
At the end of 2019 I was involved in Charlie Brooker’s writers room for an end of year special of Philomena Cunk and Other Humans to create six, five-minute shorts which were then put together for a half an hour special on BBC Two.
Frida Kahlol
In December 2019, I performed a five minute set at Frida Kahlol - a comedy evening run by producer Inez Gordon and hosted by Michelle de Swarte.
Soho Theatre Young Company: Stand Up Lab ‘19
